Our Vision

VQC Mission

Voz Que Clama Mission aims to act as a liaison between community members in need, and the people and resources that can aid them. VQC wishes to help the surrounding rural areas become more prosperous, spiritually rich communities.

We are working to foster cooperation between the mission, the local residents, and our students, and seek to impart the knowledge that will assist them in helping others and themselves.

We are constantly learning and expanding in new directions, and are open to the ideas of volunteers and community members.

Our Mission

VQC Mission

Our mission is to serve the community of Tuis and the surrounding rural area in its spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial needs.

To accomplish positive change, VQC engages in outreach, providing counselling and workshops addressing topics such as spirituality, gender issues, health, family dynamics, and economics. Additionally, we maintain a residence to provide specialized care to care to physically and mentally challenged members of the indigenous population

Finally, we encourage and help facilitate programs initiated outside of the mission by community members or volunteers that aim to benefit the local residents.

Christian Spanish School

CISA

The Christian Immersion Spanish Academy (CISA) was created to give students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Spanish culture and language within a Christian context, and to serve the mission at the same time. The school is vital for the local economy, employing more than 20 Tuis and Turrialba residents, and everyone: the students, members of the community, and the mission, benefit mutually from the experience.

Visit us

Visit usSince its inception, VQC mission has received a succession of visitors who have come both to work and visit. Many contribute as they can to the mission’s efforts. Additionally, some come to experience spiritual refreshment and renewal by simply being in the environment and observing the work God is doing.

We enjoy having visitors and consider them an imperative part of our growth and success. They bring life and fresh ideas to our service-oriented programs. .

We have temporarily suspended receiving new volunteer visitors other than our language school students as we focus our undivided attention on the financing, building and completion of our New Mission Center. We look forward to the exciting new possibilities, adventures, projects and experiences we can share with our valued volunteers and visitors after the completion of the new building.
